This section gives an overview of our registration service offering. Not all features are required by all events, and so we have an accompanying questionnaire (here) to assist with providing an accurate proposal tailored for your particular event.
GES will supply the equipment, staff and expertise to efficiently process visitors and/or delegates into your event. The registration process is the face of your event - the first impression received by your visitors. The most important factors are to present a quick and painless process for the visitors and to accurately gather data from the visitors.
GES ensures that our operators are well versed in the different functions and venues within the event so visitors are directed and processed quickly and correctly. Visitors will be guided through the registration process by “Hosts” and have their details captured and badges produced by “Tellers”. The onsite “Supervisor” oversees the entire registration operation and liases with the organisers to make recommendations or to resolve issues that may arise.
