The layout of the registration area is very important. The registration counters and barriers must be placed in a way that creates a simple and obvious flow of traffic from the main entrance through the registration process and into the event venue. The use of stanchions (barriers), directional signage and a general awareness of the capacity of the registration area and expected throughputs should all be inspected.
We supply “Hosts” to man the registration area to ensure that visitors are quickly guided to the correct destinations. As part of the contract we also supply the consulting expertise before the event to ensure that the required registration facilities are selected.
