Registration Groups

There are usually several different groups of people attending an event or conference, such as:

  • Conference Delegates
  • Delegate Partners
  • Exhibition Visitors
  • Organizers
  • Support Staff
  • VIPs
  • Security Personnel

Different groups of people usually have access to different areas within the venue or event and need to be easily differentiated by organizational and security personnel. Our system can place visitors into different groups, each with their own specific assignments. The following can be customised individually for each different group configured:

  • Printed badge design
  • Access control rights
  • Questions asked during online or onsite registration
  • Text in the online registration confirmation emails

Visitor & Exhibitor badges are clearly differentiated. The red lanyard on the exhibitor badge can also be easily identified by security personnel around the wearer’s neck, even from behind.
