Each registration operator mans a registration terminal consisting of the following:
When a visitor is being processed the details captured by the operator are displayed on the second monitor for the visitor to see and confirm before the badge is printed. When the operator is not processing a visitor the terminal cycles a set of images. These images are usually the main event logo, sponsor logos, directional information and such like.
The visitor’s name is displayed on the second monitor while the operator is typing, allowing the visitor to confirm correct spelling. Event logos and sponsor adverts are cycled on the second monitor, visible to all those queuing to register.
