Conference Packages

Catalogue – a comprehensive catalogue of products can be offered to delegates
Products – each product is configured with a description, pricing and a photograph
Early & Late Prices – early and late prices and date ranges can be assigned to each product
Packages – a hierarchical selection of products is configured for each package
Hierarchical Selection – items are only visible/available if the parent item has been selected
Online Integration – the web pages are automatically generated for the configured packages
No Programming – no custom programming is required in the web system

A delegate package is configured (left) as a hierarchy of products selected from the product catalogue (right)

Ordering Online

The delegate package is automatically generated in the online registration forms (left). Product pictures can also be displayed online. The selected package items are listed in the order document (right) which is delivered to the delegate’s email address and also available online when the delegate logs on.
