Network Monitoring

The Network Monitor gives the supervisor an overview of status of workstations in the project.

Network Monitor – monitor all workstations in the project from central location
Help Requests – operators can send help requests directly to supervisor station
SMS Relay – help requests can also be relayed via SMS to a roaming supervisor

Call For Assistance

Operators can send a request for help to the supervisor. Typical uses for this are to request more printer ink, badge stock, lanyards and distribution material - without the operator having to leave his workstation.
