Security & Audit Logging

For those government conferences that require a few extra screws to be tightened we offer the following security features which prevent operators from “doing what they like”.

User Rights – users must be assigned rights to perform certain operations
Group Rights – the creation of contacts such as VIPs or Exhibitors can be limited to certain users
Required Fields – the user is forced to fill in all “Required” fields before a contact can be created
Re-Printing – the re-printing of badges can be restricted to administrators
Change Logs – any changes to delegate information is logged along with user name
Print Logs – each and every time a badge is printed it is logged, along with user name
Badges – the badge design to use is determined by the system and not the user
